Please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability. Furthermore, shipments destined for Saudi Arabia, India, or Brazil may be subject to additional shipping surcharges.

Subscription Services Our subscription models operate on an automated billing cycle (monthly or annually). You can manage or cancel your membership at any time through your dashboard. Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing cycles once a period has commenced.

Refund Policy

Transparency in our return process helps resolve issues quickly and fairly.

  • Eligible for Refund: Items that arrive damaged, incorrect products, or orders that remain undelivered after a specific window (45 days for the U.S.; 60 days for international).

  • Ineligible for Refund: Once a tracking number confirms an item as "Delivered," it is no longer eligible for a refund. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by specific local legislation.

Standards of Conduct

  • Distribute malware, harvest data through scraping, or transmit spam.

While we strive for 100% uptime, Consumer Products Innovations INC is not liable for service interruptions or indirect financial losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the user over the preceding six months.

All legal matters are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. In the event of a disagreement, we prioritize direct negotiation followed by formal arbitration if a resolution cannot be reached.
